Starting with a full personal fitness and health assessment our Personal Training service tailors a programme that suits you, your time available, your likes and dislikes and of course to ensure you achieve your goals, whatever they are. We use our online App Trainerize that not only tracks your progress, but lets you track body stats, reminds you of any workouts you have that day and lets you input your progress so that your PT can tweak your programme and keep it challenging and progressive. You can even chat with your trainer through the app and link it to other apps you might already use like MyFitnessPal so your PT sees all they need in one place.
